  • Provide ongoing support to a client's internal teams.
  • Apply "best practices" through SDI's extensive background in program execution, ensuring the most efficient and timely delivery of strategic programs to a client's organizational customers.
  • Ensure that all patient and physician data are managed in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, working with our privacy officer on procedures related to data transfers, use, and storage.

SDI has over 350 active agreements in place with managed care and employer organizations that enable us to receive member data for the implementation of programs delivered to patients. These existing relationships ease the cost and process of implementing programs with organizations that can positively impact the utilization and outcome of a pharmaceutical client's strategic initiatives.
