As the recognized leader in capturing verbatim sales messages from physicians participating in promotional panels, SDI gives you access to this information via three formats: Verbatim Transcriptions, Verbatim Analysis, and the Verbatim Analyzer.

Verbatim Transcriptions are available monthly and include the reported sales message as well as key information about the sales representatives’ details. Verbatim Transcriptions are delivered to clients via Microsoft Excel.

Verbatim Analysis reports are also delivered directly to clients via Microsoft Excel. These reports include the actual sales message as well as a cumulative view of the main message themes. SDI staff code the sales messages, and a summarized theme table for each product of interest is provided to clients.

The Verbatim Analyzer allows you to access, through the SDI Report Generator™, the exact detail, event, and ePromotion messages physicians say they heard for your products and your competitors' brands. The module includes the ability to segment data by physician specialty and region and search messages for keywords.
